The Hannibal Pirates Boys Soccer Team hosted the 5th annual Kickin' Cancer game on Thursday, October 14 at Porter Stadium.  During the starting lineup, players were escorted onto the field by local cancer survivors.  The players sold shirts, sweatshirts and drawing tickets to raise funds for the Life.Light.Hope Cancer Patient Assistance fund at the James E. Cary Cancer Center and Hannibal Regional Infusion Center.  The team presented Hannibal Regional Foundation with a check for $1,500.00.  Accepting the check on behalf of Hannibal Regional were Todd Ahrens, President and CEO of Hannibal Regional Healthcare Center; Wendy Harrington, President and CEO of Hannibal Regional Foundation and Angie Wilcoxson, Director-Finance at Hannibal Regional Foundation.
