Throughout 2025, Hannibal Regional Auxiliary continued its long-standing tradition of service by raising funds to enhance patient care and strengthen the future of healthcare in our region. Their dedication and generosity play a vital role in helping Hannibal Regional Healthcare System deliver compassionate, high-quality care to the communities it serves.

At their December board meeting, Hannibal Regional Auxiliary proudly presented a check for $108,777.13 to Hannibal Regional Foundation. This generous donation supports the Auxiliary’s pledge to the Friends of Healthcare campaign, investing in the sustainability and growth of Hannibal Regional Healthcare System.

With more than 240 volunteers, Hannibal Regional Auxiliary provides over 25,000 hours of service each year. Service is truly the heart of the Auxiliary, and volunteers play an essential role in supporting patients, families, and team members across many areas of Hannibal Regional Healthcare System.
