Sports Physicals

Hannibal Regional Medical Group offers free sports physicals for area junior high and high school students.  Students need to bring a completed sports physical form with them and parental consent is required.

HRMG - Canton/LaGrange is offering free sports physicals to Lewis County junior high and high school athletes by appointment. Call (573) 288-5360 to schedule a free sports physical.  Free sports physical appointments are available until August 29, 2025.
