Sports Physicals

Hannibal Regional Medical Group offers free sports physicals for area junior high and high school students.  Students need to bring a completed sports physical form with them and parental consent is required.

Free Sports Physicals are available by appointment at Hannibal Regional Medical Group - Canton/LaGrange until August 30, 2024 for junior high and high school student athletes.
