1. Make an Appointment
HRMG - Canton/LaGrange is offering free sports physicals to Lewis County junior high and high school athletes by appointment. Call (573) 288-5360 to schedule a free sports physical. Free sports physical appointments are available in June, July, and August 2026.
2. Choose Your Own Time for a Sports Physical
Walk-in sports physicals available at Express Care at Walmart, Express Care at Hannibal Regional and Urgent Care in Bowling Green.
