Mobile Imaging

To make an appointment for a screening mammogram or ultrasound on the mobile imaging coach, please call the Hannibal Regional Centralized scheduling at 573-248-5688.

• Some ultrasound examinations may not be available at all locations or on all dates. Please contact scheduling for availability.
• Please let the scheduling office know your appointment is for the mobile imaging coach.

• Women 40 years or older do not need an order, but do require a provider's name to receive the results.
• Your most recent screening mammogram should be 12 months or more prior to the current mammogram for insurance coverage reasons. Please check with your insurance provider for coverage if you are within 12 months of your last mammogram.
• If you are experiencing symptoms such as pain, a lump, or other breast concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider prior to scheduling a screening mammogram or reach out to Hannibal Regional Breast Navigator, Keegan Harvey, at 573-406-5953.

Prep: No deodorant or lotions can be used before the mammogram.

Make an Appointment: An appointment is required for an exam. To make a appointment, please call the scheduler at 573-248-5688. When scheduling your mammogram, please tell the scheduler that the appointment is on the mobile coach.

• An order must be place by your provider for an ultrasound exam to be completed.
