Managing your weight isn’t just about losing weight - it’s about discovering the right lifestyle for you.

Hannibal Regional’s Weight Loss Management Program is designed to help you reach your weight loss goals while giving you the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Registered dietitian Kristy Taylor leads the 8-week program.

The Weight Loss Management Program will help you develop and implement a plan to fit your weight loss needs and goals. Your initial session will be one-on-one and the remaining seven sessions will be in a group environment. The group sessions include nutrition education, along with weekly measurements for accountability. A variety of topics are discussed throughout the program from healthy meal planning to overcoming emotional eating. Hannibal Regional’s Weight Loss Management Program is an ongoing program so you can get started at any time. Both physician and self-referrals are accepted.

If you need additional support, Dr. Purvi Parikh, a board-certified endocrinologist, is available to discuss further treatment options.
