Orthopedics

Bones, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, nerves – these make up the infrastructure of our bodies: the musculoskeletal system. When these components are working properly and are healthy, we walk without pain, lift what we need to and, generally, are able to do the things we want to do. But when chronic pain, fractures, tears, sprains, strains and deterioration interrupt your life – the expertise of our orthopedic team is what you need.

Our Services

The Orthopedic team addresses a full range of orthopedic conditions, from muscle strain and simple fractures to complex joint replacements. We use the newest and most effective methods to maximize each patient's mobility and to relieve pain and discomfort. We apply both surgical and non-surgical methods to treat orthopedic conditions that affect a patient's neck, back, shoulders, knees, hips, or elbows.

Our Orthopedics team treats a variety of conditions, including:

  • Arthritis of the hip, knee, and shoulder
  • Operative management and non-operative fractures
  • Common sports and work-related joint issues including rotator cuff tear, meniscus tear, biceps tendon tears, and ACL tear
  • Common hand and upper extremity procedures such as carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, Dequervain’s release, Dupuytren’s contracture, and Trigger finger release
  • Various foot and ankle issues including gastrocnemius recession, gastrocsoleus recession, tarsal tunnel release, ankle fusions, and bunion surgeries
  • Injections of all major joints and most minor joints as well as arthroscopic procedures for meniscus tears and rotator cuff tears
  • Tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow treatment
  • Surgical treatment of a variety of traumatic injuries such as upper and lower extremity fractures, including geriatric hip fractures
