Complete Family Medicine serves the northeast Missouri communities with locations in Kirksville, Lancaster, LaPlata, Macon, Moberly, Brookfield and Chillicothe. Donation to Complete Family Medicine through Hannibal Regional Foundation assist CFM in purchasing equipment and resources as well as offer assistance to patients with transportation, prescription drug and other needs.
